My Review : I just got hold of a brand new Blackberry OS 10 Alpha device when I attended the Bangalore's leg of the blackberry world tour jam. There isn't much you can do with the device as of yet, but this launcher helps you ramp up the phone and showcases the potential that the Blackberry OS 10 can have. The display and the layout of your phone becomes a little more presentable with this launcher.
You cant find it on the app world, however you can download the bar converted file from http://forums.crackberry.com/android-app-sideloading-f258/request-espier-launcher-hd-711855/
Go try it if you have had the privilege of owning the alpha device.
